Job summary

Hytronik Lighting Controls is seeking a freelance Technical Sales Representative for Italy. The role combines technical support and business development to convert advanced lighting control technology into successful, connected projects. Location: Italy / Remote.

As an independent professional, you will handle OEMs, distributors and system integrators, with demonstrations, training and regular CRM-based reporting, leveraging Hytronik’s Koolmesh platform and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Background in lighting, electrical engineering or building automation.
• Experience in technical sales or project development with OEMs or system integrators.
• Good knowledge of DALI, Bluetooth Mesh or comparable lighting control systems.
• Fluency in Italian and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support to OEMs, distributors and system integrators in Italy.
• Develop new business opportunities and partnerships in the lighting control sector.
• Organise product demonstrations and technical training, both online and on site.
• Represent Hytronik at lighting fairs and industry events when required.
• Report and manage customer activity through CRM tools.
