Qualifications

• Must have existing legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Chemistry, Engineering, Marketing, or related).
• Minimum 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience within industrial or specialty chemicals.
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Proven sales experience within surface treatment, metal finishing, plating, or related specialty chemicals.
• Established relationships with customers/decision-makers within the surface and metal finishing industry.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities throughout the territory; convert competitive accounts
• Account Management: Develop, manage, and grow customer accounts; build relationships with purchasing managers, plant managers, engineers
• Technical Sales: Recommend chemical solutions based on customer applications; coordinate product trials and evaluations
• Territory Management: Manage travel schedules; maintain CRM records; prepare quotations and negotiate pricing
