Job summary

BW Converting is seeking a proactive Proposal Coordinator to ensure complete, accurate, and timely technical proposals and order acknowledgements. You will liaison between Sales Executives, internal departments, and customers, coordinating reviews, demos, and visits to drive project success.

Qualified candidates will have 4–6 years in a manufacturing environment, an associate degree (preferred) or high school diploma (required), and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/CE or similar CRM

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Experience coordinating proposals and serving as customer liaison is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical reviews with customers, Engineering, and Operations to review RFQ scope and risks.
• Maintain proposal formats and ensure accuracy of content for Sales use.
• Enter orders and billing plans in D365 F&O and maintain specifications for all sold jobs.
• Coordinate and occasionally conduct customer visits and machine demos.
• Be the single point of contact between Engineering, Operations and Sales Executives to ensure project success.
• Maintain integrity of customer data in Microsoft D365 CE.
• Assist in Mission Control Room meetings and resolve billing issues.
