With a salary range of $85,000 – $110,000 depending on experience, HTI offers a full benefits package including 401k match and four weeks of vacation.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development.
• Background in textiles, polymers, or specialty materials preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams on new product development.
• Support commercialization efforts from product development to production launch.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot technical issues.
