Job summary

CRG is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support global service operations, supply chain coordination, and customer success initiatives. This role will act as a liaison between internal teams, field service personnel, and external partners to improve operational efficiency and manage spare parts demand.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in service or sales operations, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and manipulation.
• Experience navigating and interpreting Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Understanding of demand forecasting, inventory planning, supply chain processes, or service operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational needs with supply chain, customer success, technical support, and field service teams.
• Manage spare parts demand planning, inventory forecasting, and supply chain coordination.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to streamline service operations.
• Coordinate new product introductions, inventory requirements, and operational transitions to support service readiness.
• Serve as primary contact between internal departments, field teams, and external partners regarding updates, availability, and timelines.
• Participate in forecasting discussions, operational reviews, and escalation meetings to resolve issues.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support global service operations, supply chain coordination, and customer success initiatives. This individual will serve as a key liaison between internal teams, field service personnel, and external partners to improve operational efficiency, manage spare parts demand, and optimize business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a background in service operations, sales operations, supply chain, or business operations, with strong analytical skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Location: REMOTE, prefer local to the Charlotte, NC/Rock Hill, SC area

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation: $80,000-$97,000

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain, customer success, technical support, and field service teams to coordinate operational needs and ensure timely customer support.
• Manage spare parts demand planning, inventory forecasting, and supply chain coordination based on usage trends and service requirements.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop reports using Excel, Power BI, and other business systems.
• Evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to streamline service operations.
• Coordinate new product introductions, inventory requirements, and operational transitions to support service readiness.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between internal departments, field teams, and external service partners regarding product updates, availability, and timelines.
• Participate in forecasting discussions, operational reviews, and escalation meetings to resolve issues and support business objectives.
• Support global initiatives and communicate operational insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in service operations, sales operations, supply chain, or a related business operations function; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and data manipulation.
• Experience navigating and interpreting Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Understanding of demand forecasting, inventory planning, supply chain processes, or service operations.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems; Oracle and Salesforce experience are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, manage multiple priorities, and independently drive projects to completion.
• Comfortable collaborating with global teams, external partners, and senior-level stakeholders.
