Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in special purpose machinery, automation, or systems integration.
• Strong customer relationships and access to industry knowledge in US/Canada.
• Ability to translate customer needs into internal requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English business proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop customers and partners in the US, Canada and select international markets.
• Collaborate with Bosch engineering and project management to define machine concepts.
• Develop and execute a partner strategy across the system integrator network.
• Support contract negotiations and price strategies.
• Travel 30–40% domestically or internationally.
