Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of customized industrial automation and special-purpose machinery. You will be the primary interface between customers and global engineering teams, owning schedule, budget, scope, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams across Mechanical, Electrical, and Software domains, coordinating suppliers, and delivering projects from concept through commissioning for global clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial automation or related sectors.
• Business-level English proficiency and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience leading international cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into project scope and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and handover to customers.
• Manage risks, changes, and reporting to stakeholders.
