Job summary

Firefly in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth across the U.S. and Canada, managing the full sales cycle and delivering tailored fire prevention and protection solutions. You will work closely with our Stockholm HQ to align strategic goals and client needs.

You will develop new and existing customer relationships, participate in trade shows and industry events, and travel approximately 90 days per year to support key accounts and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Ability to understand complex fire prevention solutions.

About the position

As an Technical Sales Manager, you will drive business growth and strengthen Firefly’s presence in the U.S. and Canadian markets. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle and delivering customized fire prevention and protection solutions to our customers. You will work closely with our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage sales of tailor-made fire prevention and protection systems
• Develop and grow both new and existing customer relationships
• Participate in trade shows, customer meetings and industry events
• Travel approximately 90 days per year

About you

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales or a related role.
• A genuine technical interest and the ability to understand complex solutions
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
