Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to help increase order capture through exceptional service and relationship-building. You will use your technical product knowledge to convert opportunities into orders and collaborate with the Senior Specification Sales Manager to grow the project pipeline.

Travel up to 25% is required as you support pre-sales activities, sample orders, and registrations across the West Region. A Bachelor's degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience are expected.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of customer service, support and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships and deliver exceptional experiences to secure orders.
• Leverage product knowledge to convert opportunities into orders.

• Support sample orders and ensure timely delivery with customer support.
• Oversee registration processes and coordinate with agents to resolve conflicts.
