Job description

Position Overview

Represent the company as the key customer interface for Multimatic’s Global Manufacturing and Engineering centers. Exchange commercial information, build relationships within the company and with customers, and lead commercial discussions and quote proposals. Pursue new business opportunities aligned with company needs. Attend customer meetings, participate in global open issues meetings, and develop technical review presentations for various business reviews. Proactively support strategic discussions to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Position Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Over 10 years of automotive industry experience in technical sales at a Tier-1 supplier or similar.
  • Understanding of OEM processes, systems, and products, with experience in automotive mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of engineering disciplines such as GD&T, DFMEA, PPAP/PSW, QOS, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD skills are a plus.
  • Strong customer relations skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for customer visits, engineering reviews, and launch support.
  • Demonstrates passion, entrepreneurial mindset, perseverance, and grit.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Up to 10% travel, both local and international.
  • Office environment, with the ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling materials.
