Trane Technologies’ summer internship offers a hands-on path into technical sales, pairing you with seasoned Sales Account Managers and mentors across North America. During 12 weeks you will learn the design, application and sale of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings, while developing leadership and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering for the entire internship.
• US citizen or legally allowed to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Available for 12 weeks, with opportunities across North America; valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with our Sales Account Managers and customers to learn the sales process.
• Understand the design, application and sale of HVAC systems for commercial or institutional buildings.
• Attend sales meetings, functions and customer visits with mentors and colleagues.
• Observe the steps sales engineers take from start to finish and assist hands-on.
• Build relationships with customers as a daily contact for solutions.
