As a Technical Sales Executive, you'll be the bridge between complex financial solutions and the clients who need them. You'll lead sales conversations, educate clients on product benefits, and offer solutions that align with their needs. Your role is both consultative and results-driven—ideal for someone who understands the power of clear communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-focused sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and clients to identify needs and present appropriate product solutions (e.g., Indexed Universal Life, Annuities, Term Life)
- Translate financial product features into real-world benefits using simple, relatable language
- Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay current on products, market changes, and client feedback
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and track all sales activity and follow-ups
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical, consultative, or solution-based sales
- Strong understanding of financial products or willingness to learn (life insurance, IULs, annuities, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to conduct presentations and use virtual tools confidently
- Must be self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Life insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain—support provided)
