We are seeking an AWS Technical Sales Executive to join our AWS Cloud Services team. This role involves driving AWS Professional Services and Managed Services sales through various routes to market, including vendors, partners, and end-customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and relationship management skills, with solid knowledge of Cloud services and their organizational impact. A proven track record in sales and relationship acquisition is essential.
Core Cloud Services include: Enablement, Placement, Cloud Operating Model, Migration-Modernization, and Optimization.
The AWS Technical Sales Executive is a proactive hunter responsible for identifying new opportunities to increase reseller engagement and end-user practice adoption using platform data insights.
An AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is required; additional certifications like AWS Solutions Architect are preferred.
Base salary split 50/50 with commission. The typical range in the U.S. is USD $67,300 to $114,500 annually, depending on location, experience, and responsibilities.
This role requires travel for customer visits, events, and meetings. It is a full-time, mid-senior level position in Sales and Business Development within the IT Services and Consulting industry. The role is remote-based, with a typical base pay range provided.
