Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of finishing technology, is seeking a Sales Estimator in Osseo, Wisconsin. You will translate customer needs and project plans into technically sound, financially viable quotes, reviewing blueprints and specifications and calculating material, labor, and vendor costs.

Collaborating with sales, engineering, purchasing, design, and shipping, you will move opportunities from quote through shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree with 1–2 years sales experience and a mechanical background.
• Ability to confidently read and interpret construction or engineering blueprints; CAD experience preferred.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail with the ability to develop accurate estimates and manage multiple project details.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
• Comfortable negotiating, solving problems, and keeping projects on schedule.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work within deadlines while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer requests, drawings, and specifications into accurate, competitive quotes for project success.
• Review blueprints and technical docs to understand requirements, identify risks, and select the right GFS solution.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, design, purchasing, scheduling, and shipping through quote entry to shipment.
• Maintain accurate quotes, sales orders, change orders, project docs, and schedules.
