Job summary

Bonneville Contracting & Technology Group is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical solutions across our telecommunications, low-voltage, electrical, and managed technology divisions.

This role blends technical expertise with consultative sales to support clients from discovery through project awards, with travel across Puerto Rico and occasional trips to the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related engineering discipline.
• 2+ years in engineering, technical sales, estimating, or PM.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals and coordinate with engineering and estimating teams.
• Present solutions and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Assist with responses to RFPs and bid opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve sales goals.
