Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, design, or estimating within power systems, electrical distribution, switchgear, or critical infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to read and work from single‑line diagrams, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Working command of low‑ and medium‑voltage power systems — switchgear, protection relays, distribution, and controls.
• Strong problem‑solving and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customer engineers, facility managers, and operations leaders.
• Translate customer objectives into defensible technical scope.
• Build cost models with the estimating team.
• Deliver technical presentations and solution walkthroughs.
