Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical documents for proposals and projects.
• Support promotions of products and services to customers.
• Create and process proposals and sales orders per policy.
• Maintain and expand customer database using CRM.
• Coordinate with Operations and Applications teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist with resolution of customer issues or complaints.
• Learn industry trends, markets, and competitors.
• Collaborate on technical documents and design drafts for customers.
