Job summary

ACEMCO Incorporated is seeking a Sales Development Specialist who combines engineering insight with a customer-focused sales approach to identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.

You will provide feasible, cost-effective solutions by collaborating with engineering, operations, quality and program management, and prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals for RFQs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical sales or sales engineering in metal fabrication.
• Bachelor’s in mechanical/manufacturing engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of stamping, laser cutting, welding, tooling.
• Understanding of cost, pricing, profitability balance.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• CRM, MS Office, and CAD viewing proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Teamwork in fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO9001, APQP, PPAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and network to identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations showing technical and commercial value.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and management to propose feasible solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into technical and commercial proposals.
• Travel to customer facilities for project reviews and tech discussions.
