Job summary

Milacron, LLC is seeking an LPIM Sales - Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Batavia, Ohio. The role involves supporting the LPIM sales process end to end, including applications engineering, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination for both new machine sales and aftermarket opportunities.

Key duties include supporting full sales cycle activities, developing customer proposals with CAD layouts, coordinating across engineering, production, service, and suppliers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Plastics Technology.
• 2–3 years in a technical or sales support role with customer interaction.
• Background in plastics processing, injection molding, or related machinery.
• Experience with CAD tools and ability to support layout/design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support full sales cycle activities including application reviews and proposal prep.
• Develop customer proposals and CAD layouts for work cells and system concepts.
• Coordinate across engineering, production, service, and suppliers to support projects through startup.
• Assist with aftermarket requests including parts, retrofits, and upgrades.
• Partner with internal teams to support training, customer needs, and ongoing account success.
