Job summary

Milacron in Batavia Township, OH is seeking an LPIM/PET Assembly Manager to lead assembly teams, ensure quality, and drive process improvements while meeting production targets safely and efficiently.

You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality and maintenance, coach technicians, and participate in NPI reviews to support new products and improved manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in manufacturing operations.
• Ability to run safe, efficient, and on-time production.
• Able to adapt to priorities and handle high-stress situations.
• Experience reading drawings, BOMs and assembly instructions.
• Knowledge of 5S and Lean principles.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly teams to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Oversee daily production schedule and monitor for slippage.
• Coach and develop technicians and leads; conduct evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain and maintenance.
• Implement Lean practices like 5S and visual management.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements to cycle time.
• Support New Product Introductions and pilot builds.
• Ensure safety policies are followed on the floor.
