The role emphasizes CAD layouts, technical documentation, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related fields.
5+ years of hands-on engineering experience supporting capital equipment or capital projects.
Ability to create CAD layouts, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
Strong project coordination and technical problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel approximately 35%.

Responsibilities

Create automation system layouts, equipment designs, and EOAT concepts.
Develop and maintain project scopes of work, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.
Produce technical drawings and project deliverables using CAD tools.
Support customer proposals, technical reviews, and solution development activities.
Size and specify robotic systems and automation equipment; identify supplier partners.
Design automation cell layouts, safety guarding, and EOAT solutions.
Coordinate project execution including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Support FATs and customer acceptance events.
Collaborate with Production Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
Maintain project schedules, milestones, documentation, and technical deliverables.
