The Kendall Group is seeking an Application Engineering Specialist to join the Merlo Energy sales team. You will craft quotes, enter orders, and work with Customer Specialists to understand client requirements and propose suitable products.

In this role, you will follow up with leads, review sizing and specifications, and ensure accurate bids and orders while maintaining strong customer relationships and staying current on product lines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of industrial sales experience or 7 years of technical experience.
• Competent with MS Office and Excel; able to read and interpret technical documents and bid specifications.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; builds customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Actively engage with pre-identified leads and nurture relationships.
• Review applications for sizing and product selection, and clarify customer needs.
• Generate and process bids and orders tailored to customers.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer interactions.
• Maintain project data in the system and stay current on product offerings.
