Job summary

HYDAC Group is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide technical support (application and product), pricing and product availability to the assigned region including distributors, OEMs and HYDAC sales team. This is an onsite position in Bethlehem, PA.

You will assist customers with product selection and configuration, answer technical questions using catalogs or specs, and coordinate with Product Division and Customer Service to ensure timely quotes, price visibility and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience or education in fluid power, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics.
• Technical support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support (application and product), pricing and product availability to assigned region including distributors, OEMs and HYDAC sales team.
• Assist customers with product selection and configuration, and with applications utilizing HYDAC products.
• Answer product specification questions via catalog, spec sheet, or Product Division support.
• Communicate product features and differentiation between HYDAC products.
