Job summary

Testforce seeks candidates for its Sales Engineering Development Program (TAM DP), a mentor-led training path blending engineering and business. You will learn about products, customers, and sales strategy, rotating through roles to prepare for commercial leadership positions.

The program emphasizes both non-technical and technical training, preparing you to interface with engineering and sales teams while driving customer value and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Relentless work ethic and drive to learn and succeed as a technical sales professional.
Bachelor's or higher in electronics/electrical/computer engineering or related discipline.
Experience with metrology or test and measurement of electronics (instruments listed).
Experience prospecting sales and generating leads in high-tech/telecom/software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate technical competence in supplier products and customer benefits.
Field inbound calls and/or leads.
Generate sales revenue by negotiating deals and selling products.
Provide monthly forecasts of opportunities and bookings.
Collaborate with marketing to develop product literature and positioning.
