Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Process Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Experience with CRM/ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of customer operations and equipment.
• Analyze equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend technical solutions including upgrades and training.
