Job summary

You will work to improve equipment performance, reliability, and productivity across parts, service, upgrades, and capital equipment, while guiding customers to measurable value.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or early-career engineers with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, strong problem‑solving and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related engineering discipline.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills for field applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM/ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of customer operations and installed equipment to identify improvements.
• Analyze performance, service history, and needs to propose technical solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and value-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Service, and Commercial teams on solutions.
• Manage opportunities from discovery through implementation and follow-up.
