Job summary

BTD Manufacturing is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist the Sales Account Managers in generating quotes and managing projects. You will handle day-to-day activities to ensure customer satisfaction around quoting new products and related processes, while interfacing with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes RFQ organization, quotation follow-up, travel scheduling, and strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering/technical discipline and a minimum four (4) years' directly related experience. Or at least 8 years of experience without degree.
• Customer Interaction - Organizes RFQ, Quotation Follow-up and Schedule Travel arrangements
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
