Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of customer operations and installed equipment.
• Analyze equipment performance and service history to identify improvements.
• Recommend technical solutions including parts, upgrades, training, maintenance programs, and capital equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Service, and Commercial teams on solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and value-driven recommendations.
• Manage opportunities from discovery through implementation and follow-up.
• Support account growth through proactive customer engagement and lifecycle planning.
• Track opportunities and customer activity using CRM and business systems.
