Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined and able to work in a team.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows OS; AutoCAD/SolidWorks a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical documents for proposals and projects.
• Participate in product and service promotions from external and internal sources.
• Create and process proposals and sales orders in accordance with company policy.
• Build and expand the company’s customer data base using CRM.
• Coordinate with Operations and Applications teams to ensure on time delivery.
• Assist with the resolution of customer issues and complaints.
• Pursue knowledge of the industry, markets and competitors.
• Collaborate on technical documents and design drafts for customers.
