What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct weekly onsite and virtual customer visits to foster relationships
- Generate and manage new business opportunities in target market segments
- Promote VPG Foil Resistor brands and facilitate technical consultations
- Maintain detailed account reports and CRM documentation
- Develop strategic plans for market segment penetration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical engineering field preferred (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, Automotive, or Instrumentation)
- Minimum of 5 years of successful face-to-face technical electronics sales experience
- Proven track record in achieving design-in objectives
- Strong technical knowledge of passive components preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
