Job summary

TAMKO Building Products LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to grow sales across the assigned region by applying roofing knowledge, market analytics, and strong customer relationships. You will develop territory strategies and deliver product demonstrations to distributors, contractors, builders, and other customers.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and travel including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience applying technical product knowledge and market analysis in roofing/building materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze territory performance and develop annual/quarterly plans.
• Provide technical product guidance and demonstrations.
• Build relationships with distributors, contractors, and builders.
• Use Salesforce to document interactions and track pipeline.
• Travel within territory for meetings, visits, and training.
