Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Technical Revenue Accounting Manager to lead complex revenue recognition work in a consumption-based model. You will evaluate non-standard terms, bundled pricing, and usage-based arrangements while ensuring ASC 606 compliance.

Collaboration with Deal Desk, Legal, GTM, RevOps, Billing, Product, and Strategic Finance will be essential to scale processes and maintain audit readiness. You will drive technical accounting memos, policy documentation, and scalable controls,

Qualifications

5+ years in relevant revenue accounting within tech/SaaS.
Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and complex contract terms.
CPA license required (active or inactive acceptable).
Experience evaluating non-standard contracts, variable consideration, multi-element arrangements, and subscription models.

Responsibilities

Review complex customer arrangements to identify ASC 606 implications.
Develop, document, and communicate technical accounting conclusions with memos and policy docs.
Partner with Deal Desk, Legal, GTM, RevOps, Billing, Product, and Strategic Finance to evaluate deal structures.
Help design and improve scalable revenue accounting processes, controls, and workflows for period-end reporting.
Support accounting implications of new product launches and pricing changes.
Assist with internal and external audits and cross-functional initiatives to improve quality and scalability.
