Anduril Industries seeks a Manager, Technical Revenue Accounting to lead a small team and oversee complex ASC 606 Revenue recognition across contracts. You will drive policy design, documentation, and coordination with Finance, AR, and Legal to ensure accurate monthly revenue reporting.

The role emphasizes process improvements, governance, and collaboration within a fast-paced, high-tech defense environment. Active U.S. Secret clearance is preferred.

Formación

• 4+ years of accounting experience with revenue topics.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue contracts.
• Experience with process improvements in accounting/finance.
• Defense/government contract experience preferred.
• Big4 background preferred.
• CPA certification (active or candidate) preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Slack, and Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the Technical Revenue Accounting team of two Senior Accountants.
• Review contract revenue accounting checklists and provide guidance on ASC 606.
• Develop and implement robust revenue policies and internal controls.
• Prepare contract checklists, memos, and revenue walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, FP&A, AR, and Legal/Contract Managers.
• Ensure timely, accurate revenue recognition and reporting monthly.
• Identify automation and process improvements for scalability.
• Support external audits with prepared audit support.
• Drive continuous professional development within the team.
