Job summary

Captivation Software is seeking a Technical Requirements Systems Engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD on a hybrid schedule. You will partner with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and define functional and technical requirements for a mission-critical system.

Work with the sprint team to facilitate design reviews, testing, and demonstrations. You will bring a strong background in requirements elicitation, Agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Four years SE experience may substitute for degree.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance required; US citizen.
• Experience in requirements elicitation and functional allocation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design and implementation of mission-critical system.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders on requirements and operation concepts.
• Facilitate sprint execution, testing and reviews/demos with cross-functional teams.
