Job summary

Captivation Software has an immediate need for a Technical Requirements Systems Engineer to support the team and oversee the planning, design, and implementation of a mission-critical system. You will work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to perform workflow and requirements engineering, ensuring smooth sprint execution and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 14+ years SE experience if no degree
• Experience eliciting and documenting functional/technical requirements
• Ability to liaison between customers and dev team and manage expectations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to capture requirements
• Define and manage functional and technical requirements
• Facilitate sprint planning, testing, and reviews in Agile cadence
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in development, integration, and testing

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
