Job summary

Kwaan Bear Technology seeks a Technical Refresh Analyst to support DoD property book requirements. The role focuses on reviewing, developing, and testing procedures in alignment with DoD IT goals.

Responsibilities include audits, training, and leading process improvements; candidates must have a BA/BS, 5+ years of experience, and DoD 8750/8140 compliance. The position is onsite at Aberdeen Proving Ground and requires a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• DoD 8750 and 8140 compliant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current IT hardware and identify systems requiring upgrades.
• Plan and execute end-user hardware refreshes with minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure timely procurement and deployment of new systems.
• Conduct internal audits and review corrective action plans for compliance and efficiency.
• Train internal and external stakeholders on new technologies, procedures, and software applications.
• Negotiate and manage supplier agreements and service contracts.
• Maintain documentation of system changes and refresh activities.
• Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate workflow and material movement to meet program and customer delivery requirements.
• Ensure alignment with capital procurement processes and IT governance standards.
