Venturi Astrolab, Inc. (Astrolab) is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Hawthorne, CA. You will partner with hiring managers to recruit high-quality talent across Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities, and other corporate functions.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role emphasizes building a strong pipeline, delivering an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, finance, HR, operations, or corporate functions
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and managing offers

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across manufacturing, finance, operations, and other non-technical functions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define recruiting strategies, and provide market insights throughout the hiring process
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings and job postings through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
• Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process
• Maintain accurate, real-time candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide recruiting metrics and pipeline updates
• Promote the company's employer brand through candidate interactions, networking, recruiting events, and social media
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with all applicable employment laws, OFCCP guidelines, and company policies
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate quality
