You will partner with hiring managers across manufacturing, finance, operations, and other corporate functions to build a strong talent pipeline and oversee full-cycle recruitment from intake to offers. This 12-month contract role requires hands-on sourcing, screening, and interview conduct, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across non-technical corporate roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, finance, HR, operations, or corporate functions.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and managing offers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent across non-technical functions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and referrals.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruiting strategies and provide market insights.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to onboarding coordination and offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruit metrics.
