Apera is offering a unique relocation opportunity to join our Los Angeles office as we continue ambitious growth in aerospace, robotics, AI, defense, space and automotive markets. This role targets experienced recruiters with a track record in technical recruitment and a passion for engineering leadership.

You will work with high-performing recruiters, sourcing and positioning top-tier talent worldwide while benefiting from equity from day one and a generous commission structure.

• Background in technical recruitment and ability to source and engage engineers and leaders using advanced search techniques.
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
• Genuine interest in engineering and emerging technologies (e.g. AI, robotics, defense).
