You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with leaders, and build creative sourcing strategies across software, data, and infrastructure. Qualifications

• 4+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience in startup or high growth environments.
• Proven track record hiring engineering and data talent, and building trusting and strategic relationships with those leaders
• Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, outbound channels, communities, events, and emerging platforms

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel initiatives: scale sourcing for technical roles with A/B testing and outreach optimization.
• Partner on search strategy: build talent maps and develop creative outreach approaches.
• Lead with data: track funnel metrics, fix leaks, and keep ATS clean.
• Scale hiring throughput: support doubling the engineering team with new strategies.
• Level-up candidate experience: provide white-glove coordination and onsite management.
• Bring ideas to life: test tools and workflows to improve recruiting efficiency and equity
