Job summary

Circadia Health in El Segundo, CA is seeking a senior technical recruiter to source, engage, and close exceptional engineering and product talent. You will own end‑to‑end recruiting across Engineering and Product, from sourcing to close, enabling Circadia to scale responsibly and quickly.

This role requires 5 days per week in our El Segundo office during onboarding, transitioning to a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote thereafter.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ years in technical talent acquisition or People leadership roles.
• Proven experience hiring software engineers and technical talent across multiple states or distributed/remote teams.
• Experience owning time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable owning recruiting dashboards and workforce forecasting.
• Exceptional communicator who can influence executives, engineering leaders, and technical operators alike.

Responsibilities

• Own Hiring End‑to‑End for Engineering and Product roles, from sourcing to close.
• Build a scalable technical talent engine with sourcing strategies and outbound pipelines.
• Partner deeply with Engineering & Product leadership to forecast needs and align hiring plans with roadmap.
• Raise the bar on quality by developing structured interview frameworks and technical assessments.
• Optimize speed without sacrificing rigor by improving time-to-fill and candidate experience.
• Scale the function by building and leading a high‑impact recruiting team over time.
• Own recruiting operations & data, maintaining pipeline health and forecast risk.
