This role requires a recruiter’s instinct for chasing passive candidates and delivering a seamless, Blacksmith-standard experience, with remote work across Latin America or South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in tech/digital/creative agencies.
• Global perspective; comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and love of automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle from intake call to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, Blacksmith-standard candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline and update hiring managers.
