You'll bring a track record of trust-based delivery in freelance structures, four years of business-cycle resilience, and hands-on networking with compensation and benefits insight to guide decisions and mentor

Qualifications

• Track record of trust-based delivery in freelance structures.
• Resilience across multiple business cycles (4+ years).
• Ability to mentor or support mid-level teammates.
• Strong networking and compensation/benefits awareness.

Responsibilities

• Keep strategy legible to the people who have to execute it.
• Untangle fixed vs movable compensation/benefits costs.
• Broker tradeoffs when multiple teams want different outcomes in Philadelphia.
• Read an Employee Engagement dashboard and identify truthful signals.
• Run weekly numbers reviews that lead to decisions, not more meetings.
• Own the P&L for the function and report performance to senior leadership.
• Set guardrails so freelance deals can move without a committee.
• Run analyses to decide between build vs. partner options.
