• Solid understanding of business best practices and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep StartupForge compliant without grinding the whole operation to a halt
• Spearhead initiatives that improve operational margins year over year
• Support Technical Recruiter leadership with data-driven recommendations
• Defend the budget line by line when Hillsboro finance comes knocking
• Collaborate with Workforce Analytics and Growth Mindset stakeholders to remove operational bottlenecks
• Prepare board-ready presentations and quarterly business reviews
• Keep the operating model from breaking as Hillsboro headcount doubles
