Job summary

Space Kinetic seeks a Technical Recruiter to build a team for spacecraft systems, software, avionics, and mission operations. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, production and operations, sourcing top talent in competitive markets and guiding candidates from outreach to hire.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting engineers or technical professionals, strong sourcing, and able to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including engineers or technical hires.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple pipelines.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes across engineering, manufacturing, production and operations.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build qualified candidate pipelines.
• Manage candidates from outreach through offer and onboarding.
• Conduct candidate screens and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
