Job summary

KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services seeks a senior recruiter to lead hiring strategies across technology, FED, financial services, and operations. You will source, interview, and select senior-level candidates, partnering with business leaders to meet recruitment goals and educate teams on best practices.

Bring 6+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting, a strong network of technical professionals, and mastery of MS Office.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressive senior level corporate and/or agency recruiting experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. High school diploma required.
• Expertise in recruiting for roles in technology, FED, financial services or operations.
• Proven ability to assess candidates for the capability to perform job requirements.
• Extensive experience sourcing and networking with technical professionals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute comprehensive recruiting plans with the ability to recruit and develop senior level candidates
• Participate in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions
• Meet established hiring goals and maintain compliance with our national reporting structure
• Generate qualified candidates through a variety of cost-effective recruiting efforts
• Interact and build successful relationships with key business leaders and serve as a primary source of recruitment strategy, consultation, and education
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
