Job summary

Bank of New York (BNY) is seeking a Mid-Level Technical Recruiter to support high-volume software engineering hiring. This role owns the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer, partnering with managers and leaders in a fast-paced enterprise.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and ownership of requisitions from intake through offer stage.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering and/or Technology roles.
• Strong sourcing experience using Boolean search, keyword search, and data-mining techniques.
• Experience with resume screening and candidate evaluation.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Job Summary

• Experience partnering with multiple business groups simultaneously

Pay Rate Range

38 - 44 USD hourly
