Job summary

Rainmaker, based in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for a technically diverse team. You will design structured interview loops, establish scorecards, and partner with the Head of People and hiring managers to raise the bar for talent quality.

You will drive sourcing strategy, build a strong pipeline, and manage candidate experience from first contact to signed offer, while upholding Rainmaker's culture and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting in a high-growth company.
• Ability to hire hard-to-find talent across engineering, science, operations, and leadership.
• Structured, evidence-based hiring with scorecards and calibrated debriefs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build Rainmaker's recruiting engine with sourcing, interview loops, and playbooks.
• Own proactive pipeline-building for critical roles.
• Design and run rigorous interview processes with scorecards.
• Own candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Protect Rainmaker's bar and culture while scaling.
