Job summary

Rainmaker, a cutting-edge tech company focused on weather and sustainability, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build our technical recruiting engine. You will own recruiting end to end: sourcing, interviewing, making hiring decisions, and shaping the candidate experience from first contact to signed offer.

You will partner closely with the Head of People, leadership, and hiring managers to define needs, establish rigorous standards, and hire exceptional technical, scientific, and operational

You will own recruiting end to end: how we source, how we run interviews, how we make decisions, and how candidates experience Rainmaker from first contact to signed offer. You will partner closely with the Head of People, leadership, and hiring managers, but recruiting execution is yours.
