Job summary

Xometry is seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This full-life cycle role involves sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top-tier technical talent across Technology, Engineering, Product, and Data, while partnering with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to meet organizational needs.

You will own the end-to-end process, build pipelines, and drive innovative sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple technical disciplines (Technology, Engineering, Product, Data).
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the entire recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing through offer presentation.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience and cultural fit.
Provide clear communication and data-driven insights to leadership to guide decisions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical talent needs and advise on recruitment strategy.
